Alisa L. Casciano, LPC, NCC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and am qualified to provide supervision towards licensure as a LPC. I specialize in the treatment of adolescents, adults and families. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University in Psychology. I completed my Masters of Education at North Carolina State University, where my concentration was Community Agencies. I have worked intensively with individuals, families and children, providing therapy and services for over five years. I have worked with group homes, mental health facilities, schools, and private practices. Prior to joining Fuquay Family Counseling Practices, I was an outpatient therapist in the Raleigh area.

I am experienced in developing and running groups for children and adolescents. I have extensive experience in family systems theory and utilize a cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and systems based approach. I will work with you to address the struggles of developmental, psychological, and situational issues that are heightened during different life phases.

I also offer supervision to therapists seeking licensure as an LPC. I consider supervision one of the most valuable ways to give back to the field of counseling and I provide a variety of modalities for a rewarding experience.
